How scoring works

Every story is distilled into a single final score from 0 to 100 that ranks the backlog. That score is a weighted blend of five factors, so the weights below decide how much each one pulls. Strategic fit is special: it is both a weighted factor and a gate — when a story falls below the strategic floor, its final score is capped no matter how strong the other factors are.
